Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
Most jewelry is handmade to order, so please consider this as you finalize your selection. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us of your return within 7 days of your order's receipt, via email@example.com. All returns need to be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return label.
In stock pieces, and orders cancelled within 3 days are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method minus the cost of shipping. All refunds for made to order pieces of jewelry will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, or issued in store credit according to the customer's preference, minus the cost of shipping. For international orders, return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Some items are not eligible for return, such as rings in small or large sizes, pieces with engraving, and scratched or worn items.
All nail polish is final sale and not eligible for exchange. If you feel you may have received a defective bottle of nail polish please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the funds to be reissued to your original payment method.
Because most jewelry is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Our regular lead time for made to order pieces is 4-7 weeks from the purchase date.
If a piece is marked as in-stock it will ship out within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3 weeks for your in-stock piece to ship if you have requested an engraving. An email notification with your tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
If you are ordering nail polish with a piece of jewelry, your polish will be shipped with your jewelry when it is ready. Otherwise, if ordered alone it will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of the order. An email will be sent out when it ships with tracking info.
All orders by default include Route shipping insurance, which is added to your cart at checkout for 2.5% of your order value. This will cover your package against loss, theft, or damage. We strongly recommend this option, especially for orders valued over $500. If you would prefer to opt out of coverage, you can do so via the toggle button at the bottom of the cart side bar.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged and you did not protect it with Route, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
Our domestic shipping carrier is UPS.
All shipping fees will be quoted in the shopping cart before finalizing your order.
If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package please contact the carrier for help. We are not able to provide additional insight on packages once they are en route.
UPS — We offer domestic shipping via UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Overnight, based on the customer's selection at checkout. Ground shipping is free with any purchase over $250, and otherwise costs a base rate of $10. Ground shipping transit time is 2-5 business days.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please also note that due to restrictions around nail polish, these products can only be shipped via UPS Ground, and may not travel via air.
You will be provided with a tracking number and a link when your order is being fulfilled. You can track the status of your order through this link until it is delivered.
If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped please promptly email email@example.com. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit, in this event please contact the carrier and reference your tracking number for any special delivery requests.
For our domestic customers we recommend signing up for UPS My Choice, a free service that allows better visibility and more control over the transit of your package. Through UPS My Choice, you will be able to have your package held at a UPS location, and redirect to a new delivery address while the package is in transit.
Warranty and Repairs
Our warranty policy covers all defects in materials or workmanship for one year. Damage due to neglect, abuse, or natural wear and tear will be repaired at cost and charged to the customer. Pricing for repairs begins at $75 and is subject to a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
